Service Description

The Service provides Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based image and video enhancement features. We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend the Service at any time without prior notice.

Data & Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key commitments include:

• Data processing is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Facial effects are analyzed in real time. All related data is deleted immediately upon completion of processing, is not stored, and is not used for identification purposes.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Fees will be charged to your account prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You must manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. We cannot process cancellation requests directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or distribute any illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violations and to pursue all available legal remedies.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, designs, trademarks, and technology) are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. In order to operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, use, process, display, and modify your content. This license terminates automatically when you remove the content from our systems.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or relating to the Service.
